Heading the kitchen are the duo to beat when it comes to desserts, Chefs Miko Aspiras and Kristine Lotilla. To ensure the quality of their desserts, they enrolled at the new Gelateneo, the first gelato-making course in the country.
Fun Fact: “Freezer burn” pertains to the formation of moisture on the surface of your iced beverages/food.
